This privacy policy applies to the Resonote app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Saul Zhu (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Application does not provide account registration, login, email subscription, or marketing email features. The Service Provider does not collect your email address through the Application for marketing purposes and does not send marketing emails to users.

For subscription validation, entitlement management, app improvement, and troubleshooting, the Application may process certain anonymous, aggregated, or technical information through third-party services. Such information is used only to maintain the Application, verify subscription status, improve the user experience, and resolve issues.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
